The Study will determine population projections for the years 2005 and 2010 by five-year age increments (0 - 4, 5 - 9, 10 - 14, ... 80 - 84, 85+), including enrollment projections by grade for the 2004 - 2005 through the 2013 - 2014 school years. This component will also analyze the demographic characteristics of the EVSC, concentrating on age structure, housing composition, migration patterns, family size and household structure.
The Study will review the level of utilization of all existing academic and extracurricular areas of all school buildings. This component will also analyze the adaptability of existing building and grounds space to current and planned programs.
This component of the Study will survey staff and community members to determine their perceptions about increasing student achievement.
